“On November 17th 2008, WLCF began transmitting digital in Decatur , IL . The newest affiliate of the Christian Television Network reaches Central Illinois . Under the stewardship of General Manager Albert Johnson, WLCF produced its first local program, Spotlight! Please join the ‘WLCF Community’ as we ‘evangelize the lost, edify the saints’”
