“On November 17th 2008, WLCF began transmitting digital in Decatur , IL . The newest affiliate of the Christian Television Network reaches Central Illinois . Under the stewardship of General Manager Al Johnson II, WLCF produced its first local program, Spotlight! on Anointed Lives. Please join the ‘WLCF Community’ as we ‘evangelize the lost, edify the saints’”
